Understand before investing
Examine the opportunity, the risks, and the requirements before committing major resources.
ABOUT ANCHORPILOT
Helping excellent manufacturers become successful suppliers in the United States.
EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPED THE APPROACH
My career brings together engineering, project management, digital marketing, and automation. I draw on that experience to help manufacturers connect their technical strengths with the needs of American customers.
One part of that experience was my work as the second U.S. employee at Muyang, later FAMSUN, an international manufacturer of industrial processing equipment.
The company had capable engineers and competitive products. Building a business in the United States also required an understanding of customers, clear communication, and the right sales and support processes.
That experience shaped the way I think about market entry. Manufacturing strength matters, but customers also need confidence in the company they are choosing.
Through AnchorPilot, I bring this broader technical and business perspective to market research, customer communication, and the systems that support sales. The goal is to give your team a clear understanding of the opportunity and a practical way to move forward.
Sometimes the right decision is to address important gaps before moving forward. My role is to help you understand those gaps and make a better decision.
